Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a qualified and creative Architect to support the planning, design, coordination, and execution of architectural projects. The role involves preparing design concepts, drawings, presentations, construction documents, and coordinating with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered as per design, quality, timeline, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, layouts, concepts, working drawings, and presentation drawings.
- Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other consultants.
- Review drawings received from consultants and ensure design intent is maintained.
- Support project approvals, statutory submissions, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct site visits to monitor execution quality and resolve design-related issues.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for material selection, specifications, and execution details.
- Prepare design presentations, mood boards, material palettes, and technical reports.
- Ensure drawings and documents are updated, organized, and maintained properly.
- Assist in project planning, cost coordination, and timeline tracking.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, local regulations, and company guidelines.
